By accessing or using the website zoombeducation.com (the "Website"), registering for any webinar, or receiving any communication from Zoomb Education Private Limited ("Zoomb Education", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Website and services immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, webinar attendees, and recipients of our communications.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Zoomb Education Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered address at C/O Rohit Vishnu Saraf, Harsh Sankul, Civil Lines, Akola, Maharashtra — 444001.

Zoomb Education Private Limited is a trading education company based in Akola, Maharashtra, India. We provide free live educational webinars on stock market analysis techniques, currently including:

• How to Read OI Data — A session on understanding and interpreting Open Interest data from the NSE option chain for Nifty analysis.
• Noise Free Trading with Heikin-Ashi — A session on using Heikin-Ashi charts to filter market noise and identify trends clearly.

Our webinars are conducted live on Zoom by Mr. Rohit Saraf, Trading Educator and Derivatives Analysis Expert, with 12+ years of stock market experience and 15+ years as a Life & Business Coach.

All webinars, website content, communications, materials, and any other output produced by Zoomb Education are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. By registering and attending our webinars, or using our website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Zoomb Education does not provide investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, or any regulated financial service.
• No content shared by Zoomb Education should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or security.
• Mr. Rohit Saraf is an Educational Trainer only and is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor or Research Analyst.
• Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You should never trade based solely on educational content.
• Past discussions or examples used in educational sessions do not guarantee or predict future market performance.

Zoomb Education may use Rich Communication Services (RCS) messaging to communicate with users who have registered for our webinars or opted in to receive updates. By providing your mobile number and registering for a webinar, you consent to receiving RCS messages from us in accordance with the following terms:

4.1 Message Types

RCS messages sent by Zoomb Education will be limited to the following categories:

• Webinar reminders — Date, time, and Zoom link confirmations for upcoming sessions.
• Registration confirmations — Acknowledgement of your successful webinar registration.
• Educational updates — Announcements of new free webinar sessions or schedule changes.
• Post-webinar follow-ups — Relevant educational resources or next session information.

4.2 Message Frequency

We will send messages only when necessary and relevant to your registration. Message frequency will vary but will not be excessive. You will not receive unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to our educational services.

4.3 No Marketing of Financial Products

RCS messages from Zoomb Education will never contain stock tips, buy/sell recommendations, investment advice, or promotion of any third-party financial product or service. All messages are strictly educational or administrative in nature.

4.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving RCS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at info@zoombeducation.com or calling +91 99211 30731. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will cease sending messages within a reasonable time, except for any critical transactional messages relating to an active registration.

4.5 Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply when receiving RCS messages. Zoomb Education does not charge any fee for sending communications. Please consult your mobile service provider for applicable rates.

4.6 Sender Identification

All RCS messages sent by Zoomb Education will clearly identify the sender as Zoomb Education or Zoomb Education Private Limited. We will never impersonate any other brand, entity, or individual.

To use our website, register for webinars, or receive communications from Zoomb Education, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of India or otherwise legally permitted to access financial education content in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information.
• Have a valid mobile number and/or email address capable of receiving our communications.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. Zoomb Education reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.

Our webinars are offered completely free of charge. The following terms apply to registration and attendance:

• Seats are limited. Registration does not guarantee a seat if capacity is reached. We recommend registering early.
• Live only. Webinars are conducted live on Zoom. No recordings will be shared after the session. You must attend on the scheduled date and time to benefit from the session.
• Zoom link delivery. Your Zoom joining link will be sent to the email and/or phone number you provide at registration. Zoomb Education is not responsible for links that fail to reach you due to incorrect contact details, spam filters, or network issues.
• Session format. Sessions are educational in nature. Mr. Rohit Saraf will present concepts and answer questions via the Zoom chat. No financial advice will be given during the session.
• Cancellation or rescheduling. Zoomb Education reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify any webinar at any time. Registered users will be notified via the contact details provided at registration.
• Conduct during sessions. Attendees are expected to maintain respectful behaviour. Disruptive participants may be removed from the session.

All content on the Zoomb Education website and in our webinars — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course material, presentation slides, teaching frameworks, and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Zoomb Education Private Limited and Mr. Rohit Saraf unless otherwise stated.

• You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or republish any webinar content or website material without prior written consent from Zoomb Education.
• Attendees must not record any live webinar session — audio, video, or screen capture — without express written permission.
• Our name, logo, and brand materials may not be used without our written permission.
• Personal, non-commercial use of information learned in sessions for your own trading education is permitted and encouraged.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

By using our website and services, you agree to not:

• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false registration information.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate the educator, staff, or other attendees.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
• Use our platform to promote, sell, or distribute any third-party financial product, service, or scheme.
• Disrupt, spam, or interfere with any webinar session or our website.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our website.

Zoomb Education reserves the right to terminate access and ban any user who violates these conduct guidelines.

The concepts, techniques, and analytical methods taught in our webinars — including Open Interest analysis, Heikin-Ashi chart reading, option chain interpretation, and any other content — are provided purely for educational purposes. They are intended to help you understand market mechanics and analysis methods, not to direct your specific trading decisions.

• Examples used during webinars are for illustration only and do not represent current or future market recommendations.
• No content from Zoomb Education should be used as the sole basis for any investment or trading decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zoomb Education Private Limited, its founder, educators, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss, trading loss, or loss of capital incurred as a result of attending our webinars or using information from our website.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in webinar delivery due to internet connectivity, platform outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in educational content, examples, or data used during sessions.

Our webinars are delivered via Zoom Video Communications. By attending our webinars, you are also subject to Zoom's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Zoomb Education is not responsible for Zoom's policies, availability, or any data collected by Zoom.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites such as NSE India (nseindia.com) or charting platforms referenced for educational purposes. These links are provided for convenience only. Zoomb Education does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content of any third-party website.

Our registration pages are hosted on third-party funnel platforms. Use of these pages is subject to the respective platform's terms and privacy policies in addition to ours.
